Life Without Barriers is seeking skilled Disability Support Workers to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Sydney South. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily living, and help clients achieve independence in a shared housing setting.
Successful candidates will work across a wide-ranging schedule, including short shifts and Sleepover shifts, and must be prepared to handle high medical needs and behaviors of concern with professionalism and empathy.
