As a New Car Sales Consultant (Trainee or Experienced) with Frankston Hyundai, you will undergo extensive and professional in-house training to ensure you are well prepared in all aspects of customer relationship development, as well as our proven vehicle sales processes.

About the Role
You will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Managing customer enquiries from first contact through to delivery
Conducting vehicle presentations and demonstrations
Negotiating and confidently closing sales opportunities




Building strong customer relationships and managing follow-up
Working closely with finance, aftermarket, and management teams
Achieving monthly sales and performance targets
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
Has previous sales or customer service experience
Understands follow-up, pipeline management, and maximising opportunities
Is driven by performance, results, and uncapped earning potential
Takes pride in professionalism and customer service
Contributes positively to team culture and continuous improvement

Must be available to work on Saturdays

For the successful applicant:
You will work alongside an experienced Sales Executive to gain maximum on job training and progress towards becoming a qualified vehicle salesperson. We will also provide dedicated product training to ensure your success in this position.
