A well-established national business is looking for a permanent Sales Coordinator to join their Brisbane team.
This is a busy, wide-ranging role where you'll support the sales team with quotations, customer enquiries, CRM management and event coordination. If you're organised, proactive and enjoy building relationships, this could be a great next step.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing quotations and sales documentation
Maintaining CRM records and sales activity
Following up leads and customer requests
Supporting sales and marketing initiatives
Coordinating customer events, demonstrations and training sessions
Providing day-to-day support to the sales team
About You
Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Customer Service or Administration
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce,



Dynamics or HubSpot
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident dealing with customers and stakeholders
Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
Someone from a hospitality background moving into customer support/sales coordination would be ideal
