About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate must be someone who has good communication skills, a great team mindset and is comfortable working in a fast paced kitchen.
What You'll Do
Liaise with Senior Chefs regarding preparation work-flow requirements
Carry out preparation tasks with an emphasis on minimal wastage
Production of menu items in accordance with portion control standards
To work cohesively with the front of house team to ensure meals are produced in a timely manner
Monitor and ensure food quality and hygiene standards are maintained, reporting any concerns to the Head Chef
About You
Related qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)
Proven experience in a high volume kitchen




Available to work approximately 25+ hours per week, from 7.00am to 3.00pm (no nights!)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
