An exciting opportunity for a hands on and experienced Recruitment Specialist to take ownership of high-volume blue-collar recruitment within a fast paced workforce.
You'll partner with leaders to drive end-to-end recruitment across production, warehouse, technical machinery operations,building proactive talent pipelines and ongoing talent strategies and support the transition of blue-collar recruitment in-house.
What you'll be doing:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, proactive sourcing, candidate screening and offer management.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, leveraging various sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates and meet current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements,



provide recruitment advice and deliver an effective, positive candidate experience.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments.
A strong track record in talent pipelining and proactive sourcing.
The ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships.
A practical, solutions-focused approach to recruitment.
This role is a hybird role (3 days on-site and 2 days work from home) based in Minto.
For the first few weeks, this role will be based mostly on-site, following onboarding the role will transition to a hybrid role. Please only apply if you are able to be on-site in Minto 3 days per week.
Interviews for this role will begin next week, with a view for an immediate start.
