Mars Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager for our established financial services client in North Sydney. The role combines hands-on accounting with overseeing a small finance team, providing leadership across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and regulatory reporting.
The successful candidate will bring solid technical accounting, FP&A; and control experience, and will partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial insights and strategic decisions.
