About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader to take ownership of a growing dealership operation.
Leading, coaching and mentoring the sales team
Driving new and used vehicle sales performance
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
Monitoring KPIs and dealership profitability
Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service
Overseeing stock management and sales processes
Working closely with dealership leadership to maximise opportunities

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader in the automotive industry
A robust track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional leadership and people development skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities




Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High levels of professionalism and customer focus
A current and valid driver's licence
Experience with emerging automotive brands or electric vehicles will be highly regarded but is not essential.
