We're working with an established and well-backed digital operator in Melbourne's sports betting and wagering industry that has recently entered an exciting new chapter following a change in ownership.
With fresh leadership, ownership, significant investment and some ambitious plans ahead, we're looking for an experienced
HR & Office Manager
who wants to be part of the journey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the energy of a startup environment but also appreciates the foundations of an established operation.
The Role:
Approximately 30% HR / People & Culture
Approximately 70% Office Management & Business Operations
Working directly with the owner and supporting the leadership team
Helping create a positive, organised and productive workplace
Supporting HR administration, onboarding, employee matters and internal processes
Taking ownership of day-to-day office operations, suppliers,



events and general business support
Playing an active role as the business evolves under new ownership
Who we're looking for:
Someone with solid HR and office management experience who isn't afraid to get stuck into everything.
You'll be organised, proactive, personable and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly.
We're not necessarily looking for a senior HR specialist. We're looking for that outstanding all-rounder who understands people, enjoys making things happen and wants to grow alongside the business.
Circa $120k base salary + Super
