Mars Australia is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to shape our internal narrative across ANZ. Reporting to Corporate Affairs Director and partnering with the GM and leadership team, you will craft strategies that inform, engage and inspire Associates.
You'll drive change communications during transformation programs, connect sites from Wodonga to Melbourne and field teams, and lead community partnerships that demonstrate our purpose in action.
