As a Customer Service Consultant , you will support the sales team by ensuring smooth customer interactions, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing proactive service that helps drive overall team success.
Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:
Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and customer loyalty.
Respond promptly and professionally to all B2B enquiries via phone, and email, maintaining a friendly and engaging manner.
Accurately process customer orders and prepare event quotes.
Proactively resolve customer issues, identify opportunities to improve service, and escalated technical discrepancies via the correct channels.
Build strong relationships across the store network.
Follow all logistics processes, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
Contribute to sales goals.
Support the team with general administrative tasks and consistently promote a positive, collaborative team culture.
