We're currently recruiting for a Leasing Agent to join an established real estate agency in Sydney and open to candidates from different backgrounds who are motivated to learn and comfortable working with people.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective tenants and respond to leasing enquiries.
Coordinate inspection schedules and follow up with applicants.
Assist with leasing administration and day-to-day property management activities.
What We're Looking For
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
Own vehicle and valid driver's licence
- essential for travelling between properties.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organised, proactive and reliable.
Genuine interest in real estate and willingness to learn.
