Manly Boathouse in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. You will drive service on the floor, own day-to-day operations and help shape our launch as we prepare for a recent venue. The role offers exposure to high-volume and premium dining in a bayside setting.
You will recruit, train and develop your team, work with our senior leaders on revenue and cost controls, and contribute to a culture where guests and staff alike enjoy themselves.
