About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a security professional who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service, maintaining a secure environment, and building positive relationships with clients, retailers, and visitors.
You will play a key role in supporting daily site operations, responding to incidents, monitoring security systems, and ensuring a professional security presence across the site.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a visible and professional security presence across the site.
Conducting regular patrols and identifying potential risks or hazards.
Monitoring Control Room operations, CCTV and alarm systems (preferred experience).
Responding to incidents, emergencies and requests for assistance in line with procedures.




Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, retailers and site stakeholders.
Completing incident reports, site documentation and maintaining accurate records.
Following Standard Operating Procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
Supporting a safe, secure and welcoming environment for customers, staff and visitors.
Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring security standards are maintained.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current Security Licence.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
A current RSA certification or willing to obtain one
Previous security experience, with retail or shopping centre experience highly regarded.
Experience monitoring CCTV, Control Room operations and alarm systems preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety.
A reliable, professional and punctual work ethic.
