Healthcare Australia is seeking Casual Residential Youth Workers to support young people in Ipswich and surrounding areas. You will help residents feel protected, supported and valued, building trust and navigating challenging situations with compassion.
Responsibilities include personal care, daily living support, school and appointment participation, and contributing to individualized support plans. Training in Trauma Recovery Framework and TCI is provided within three months.
