The role:
Manage end-to-end NSW Workers Compensation claims
Make liability decisions and drive effective claims strategies
Manage complex physical and psychological injury claims
Build solid stakeholder relationships and deliver sustainable return-to-work outcomes
What we're looking for:
NSW Workers Compensation case management experience
Strong understanding of legislation and liability decisions
Experience managing complex claims across the claims lifecycle
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
