Saint Peter, the world-class seafood restaurant led by award-winning chef Josh Niland, is seeking an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our senior kitchen team and help deliver a world-class dining experience.
As Junior Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading the brigade through prep and service, maintaining consistency across every section, and stepping up to run the pass when required.
