Mason is seeking a Factory Manager to run our automated precast production floor at Jilliby, leading a small team as throughput scales through automation. You will deliver the production schedule, own panel QA, and maintain high operational standards in a recent 3,500m2 facility.
You will supervise a crew with hands-on leadership, ensure quality of wall panels, and drive continuous improvement as automation expands. This role blends shop-floor leadership with technology-driven processes.
