We're looking for a Sales Associate to work directly alongside one of our lead residential agents in the Lake Macquarie market. This is a salaried role with a clear pathway into sales for the right person. You'll learn the business from the inside — managing buyer relationships, running open homes, driving pipeline activity, and playing a hands-on role in getting properties sold.

What you'll be doing
Managing and nurturing buyer relationships throughout active sales campaigns
Conducting open homes and private inspections on behalf of the lead agent
Following up with buyers post-inspection to gauge interest and gather market feedback
Driving pipeline activity through proactive buyer communication and prospecting support
Coordinating with the team to ensure seamless, high-quality campaign delivery
What we're looking for

Local knowledge of the Lake Macquarie area is a plus
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
