SEEK is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a large-scale design & construct project in Sydney. This in office role offers Monday to Friday work with a Junior CA to assist you.
You will lead subcontractor management, compile scopes, tender packages, negotiate prices and final documents, and oversee subcontractor progress claims, procurement, RFIs, EOTs and variations. Experience on apartments or commercial projects over $50M and familiarity with Procore, Aconex, Cheops or Jobpac is preferred.
