Support production performance through fleet management system monitoring, reporting and dispatch activities while helping optimise fleet utilisation across site.

Monitor fleet performance and support achievement of the mine plan
Analyse and report on operational data using fleet management systems
Support fleet utilisation and productivity improvements
Maintain accurate equipment and operational data
Work closely with Production and Maintenance teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives and safe work practices
What You'll Bring
Experience in open pit mining operations
Experience with Modular Mining or similar fleet management systems
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Commitment to safety and teamwork
