Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist for an onsite, casual role at Melbourne hearing centres with two weeks of full-time training. You will greet clients, handle enquiries, book appointments, process claims, and support clinicians through basic hearing aid tasks.
You'll work closely with diverse clients, including children and adults, and contribute to a friendly, service-focused setting. Training runs Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm.
