The Role
As a Pick-Packer, you'll be responsible for:
Voice picking and preparing orders for dispatch
Pallet wrapping, stacking, and general warehouse duties
Working in cold storage areas when required (PPE provided)
Meeting daily pick targets in a high-volume environment
Shifts Available
Currently, we have
one shift start time available

- Early morning shift
Shifts run
Monday to Sunday
, 6-8 hours per shift. Flexibility is appreciated for availability of shifts over the week but always the same shift start time.

Physically Capable:
Comfortable with repetitive lifting and handling heavy goods
Detail-Oriented:
Accuracy is key when picking and preparing orders
Adaptable:
Willing to work in cold storage and assist with a variety of warehouse tasks
Reliable & Punctual:
Flexible to work across the available shifts
Team Player:
Able to collaborate and meet team and individual targets in a busy warehouse
