You'll make an impact each day by:
Leading the Capital Solutions team todeliver innovative financing and capital solutions for customers and the broader bank
Establishing and optimising credit partnerships, while overseeing Credit Insurance and Trade Products to support customer and bank objectives




Established and managing relationships with key institutional investorsOriginating third-party capital solutions across high yield, mezzanine and the broader capital stack to support customer financing outcomes
Driving distribution and portfolio optimisation initiatives supporting risk limits, concentration management, GLA and RWA outcomes
Partnering with senior stakeholders across NAB and represent C&I; across relevant client, investor, industry and stakeholder forums
You'll bring to this role:
Significant banking and finance experience, with breadth across relationship banking and financial products
Deep capability across debt capital markets, structuring, and complex transaction execution, including deep experience working on transactions with institutional investors
Deep knowledge of regulatory standards, accounting treatment, and capital calculations within in banking
Strong understanding of Corporate & Institutional origination, issuer and investor markets and relevant product offerings
Proven experience developing and executing strategy and transformation, coupled with solid risk, regulatory and commercial judgement
Extensive leadership experience, with demonstrated capability to lead, motivate and develop teams and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions
