We are seeking an experienced and motivated Child Care Worker to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF). • Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs appropriate to children's developmental needs. • Promote children's physical, emotional, social and intellectual development. • Maintain a safe, hygienic and stimulating learning environment. • Observe children's progress and communicate effectively with families regarding their development. • Assist children with meals, hygiene, rest and daily routines. • Work collaboratively with educators, families and management.
