Vehicle Registrations Clerk (Automotive Dealership)
The role will be responsible for performing automotive clerical duties including but not limited to: vehicle registrations - new and used, acquisitions, transfers, cancellations and full control of onsite vehicle books and keys. The successful applicant will be a highly competent and experienced Automotive Administration Clerk with a strong working knowledge of registering new and used vehicles.
Key responsibilities
Vehicle registrations - new and used
Acquisitions, transfers, and cancellations
Full control of onsite vehicle books and keys
Follow strict processes and deadlines
Adhere to all internal, Queensland Transport and Manufacturer policies and procedures
About you
Ability to register new and used vehicles in Queensland (accreditation preferred)
Solid previous experience working within a dealership environment
Sound knowledge of automotive administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Impeccable time management and attention to detail
Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills essential)
Immaculate personal presentation and portrays a skilled image
The ability to work as part of a team, contribute ideas and knowledge share
A current Drivers Licence
