Our team transforms cyber security expertise into AI-powered workflows that help teams work more effectively and consistently. We partner closely with cyber security teams to design, build and embed practical AI solutions that deliver lasting operational capability.
We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you're empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.
What role will you play?
In this role you will work directly with cyber security teams to understand how work is performed, redesign processes for an AI-first approach and build AI-powered workflows that support end-to-end delivery. You will configure and integrate AI agents, help teams adopt recent ways of working, and mentor others while setting high standards for workflow design, implementation and governance.
What you offer
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven workflow automation solutions, including AI agents, skills, instruction frameworks, orchestration layers, tool integration and production-ready end-to-end implementations.
Strong experience designing and engineering agent-based AI solutions, including single-agent and multi-agent architectures, large language model integration, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation frameworks, observability and performance optimisation.
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms through APIs, web services and event-driven architectures, including authentication, authorisation, rate limiting,

workflow orchestration and system interoperability.
Experience analysing, modelling and documenting complex technical and operational workflows, translating implicit decision-making, business rules, control requirements and escalation paths into automated AI-enabled processes.
Proficiency in modern web frameworks and API servers (e.g., Flask, FastAPI)
Experience integrating and deploying LLM-based solutions for domain-specific tasks
Strong understanding of cyber security domains including security operations, security monitoring, incident response, identity and access management (IAM), vulnerability management, and data security, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
Demonstrated knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model risk management, with the capability to engage and influence senior cyber security stakeholders on strategic, technical, and operational initiatives
