The Role
An chance exists for a Project Manager to join our team. You will be based on-site working between our Townsville office and various project sites in the region.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include:
Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects from inception to completion




The development and implementation of the project program
Establishment and maintenance of an accurate cost control system including the project budget and forecasting
Management of subcontractors and site personnel
Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and project teams ensuring any issues are resolved as they arise
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the below;
Relevant practical experience in delivering commercial construction projects between $10M - $60M
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a similar field
Advanced level knowledge of the application of WHS regulations and practices as relevant to construction sites
An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
High level knowledge of construction contracts
Well developed knowledge of the construction process and common challenges
Experience in managing customer relationships including developing and maintaining
