Nextt in Port Macquarie is seeking a Disability Support Worker to assist participants with personal care, domestic tasks and daily routines. You will promote independence, encourage social participation and support community access in a respectful, person-centred manner.
Shifts run across Monday to Sunday, with availability from early morning and flexibility to align with the participant's weekly plan. Required qualifications include NDIS checks, First Aid/CPR and a driver's licence.
