IDVerse, part of LexisNexis Risk Solutions, is seeking a Client Success Manager to partner with customers after go-live, driving adoption and measurable value. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure success, minimise risk, and create exceptional experiences.
In this hybrid role based at St Leonards (North Sydney), you will lead QBRs/EBRs, manage renewals and growth, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver outcomes for top brands.
