The Shire of Murray is seeking an IT Helpdesk Officer to provide first-line technical support to Council staff across phone, email, and in-person channels. The role includes ticket responses, application support, hardware fault resolution, and IT administration assistance within a cooperative team workplace.
We offer a full-time position on a 9-day fortnight with an EBA Level 6 salary range of AU$86,****** to AU$92,****** per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
