The Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO) is seeking an APS5 Case Manager to join the Information and Assistance team.
You will manage requests for assistance, assess risk, identify practical pathways and support parties toward resolution in a government context.
We are seeking versatile, responsive and collaborative individuals who can handle competing priorities, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to policy-aware dispute resolution.
