We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Website Operations & Content Specialist to manage and maintain our official website. In this role, your daily focus will be ensuring that our live website perfectly matches our design benchmarks, updating content through our backend systems, and executing minor front-end and version-control tasks. This is an ideal role for someone who bridges the gap between digital marketing, web design quality control, and basic web development.
Key responsibilities
Regularly audit the live website against design mockups and style guides. Ensure visual consistency, correct branding, proper spacing, and accurate layout implementations across all pages.
Maintain and update the website's Content Management System (CMS) backend daily. Upload new graphics, copy, articles, banners, and product data with zero formatting errors.
Use foundational HTML and CSS to make minor styling tweaks, fix broken layouts, adjust font styles, format text, and ensure responsive design across mobile and desktop devices.
Utilize basic Git workflows (e.g., cloning repositories, creating branches, committing changes, and pushing updates) to sync with code repositories or push easy static web updates.
Check the website daily for broken links,



missing media, or loading issues, and collaborate with the engineering team to resolve deeper technical bugs.
About you
1–2+ years of experience in website operations, web content management, or front-end support.
Solid foundational knowledge of HTML / CSS to troubleshoot and write basic inline styles, divs, classes, and media queries.
Familiarity with basic Git commands and version control concepts (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
Hands-on experience navigating and configuring website backends (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Strapi, Shopify, or similar internal tools).
Familiarity with viewing and measuring assets inside design software like Figma or Adobe XD.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Extreme attention to visual detail to catch discrepancy gaps between the design files and live web pages.
Self-motivated to manage daily repetitive updates efficiently without sacrificing data quality.
