Colliers on the Gold Coast is seeking a Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team. The role can be part-time (4 days a week) or full time and is based in our Gold Coast office, handling day-to-day management of commercial, industrial and retail assets.
You will provide landlord and tenant service, conduct rent reviews, prepare monthly reports and support sales/leasing activities to maximise value and cash flow for clients.
