George Laurens (G.C) Pty Ltd, a long-established Australian debt recovery agency, is seeking an experienced Debt Recovery & Collections Officer to join our Bundall team. This full-time, office-based role focuses on recovering debts, negotiating payment arrangements, and delivering qualified client service.
You will manage a portfolio, conduct calls, handle hardship requests, prepare correspondence, and work with clients to resolve arrears while meeting targets.
