The Star Sydney is seeking a Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen, reporting to the Sous Chef. This hands-on role focuses on flawless execution, safety, and culinary excellence in a vibrant, fast-paced workplace.
You will support the section, train junior staff, prep and cook fundamentals, maintain clean stations, and ensure high quality across Asian and Western cuisines. A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and roster flexibility are required.
