About The Role
Signarama Redmond is hiring a front desk specialist who is the friendly first voice customers hear and the last face they see at pickup. You will greet and route every inquiry, make sure each finished order is right and ready, and tell our project stories on social media and in our monthly newsletter.
Location: Redmond, WA (on-site)
Schedule: Full-time, regular business hours; the day starts at 8 AM

What You'll Do
Front desk and phones: answer calls within two rings, greet walk‐ins, manage voicemail and deliveries, and keep the lobby sharp
Lead intake: log every new lead inquiry in our CRM on the same day of receipt so that our account reps / project manager can begin working on them; you do not need quote or price projects
Quality check and will-call: inspect finished orders against the work order, package and label them, and run customer pickups
Customer success: follow up on completed orders, request Google or Facebook reviews, and respond to every review
Digital marketing: capture project photos and video, schedule 3 to 5 social posts a week, keep our Google Business Profile current, and send a monthly newsletter
Front office: keep supplies stocked, enter check payments, refresh lobby branding and decor, and help plan team events
What You Bring
Must have
A warm, professional phone manner, and calm with upset customers
Organized and detail-oriented, and able to run a checklist the same way every time
Transparent writing and comfort with Microsoft 365 and a CRM or order system
Comfort creating digital content (photo and/or video) and building simple social posts in Canva or similar
Ability to switch between interrupt-driven front desk work and focused marketing blocks
Nice to have
Front desk, customer service or marketing experience
Experience with email marketing and social scheduling tools




Sign or print industry experience (not required)
Working Conditions
on‐site in a shop with some noise, vinyl and substrate materials, and a paint booth. Mostly desk work with walking to the shop floor. Lift [25 to 40] lbs with proper technique; the team helps with larger items.
