TH HOSPITALITY SERVICES is seeking a Senior Venue Manager for Chinderah Tavern, part of the Taphouse Hotel Group. This role requires leading a strong management team, driving profitability across food, beverage, gaming and events, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You will manage labour, budgets, stock, and KPIs, working closely with kitchen teams to meet targets. A hands-on leader with excellent communication will thrive in this in office role in NSW.
