Metcash Limited, Australia's leading wholesale distributor, seeks a passionate Loyalty Operations Manager for the Independent Brands Australia (IBA) arm. Based at Macquarie Park, you will lead loyalty reporting, campaigns, and governance across five banners, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive member engagement and commercial outcomes.
You will mentor two Loyalty Coordinators and contribute to the loyalty and CRM roadmap, influencing retailer participation and program integrity.
