Complete Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced
Project Coordinator
to support the rollout of on-street Micromobility Parking Bays (MPBays), providing designated parking spaces for e-bikes and other micromobility devices across the City of Sydney.
This is a hands-on project coordination role suited to someone with a background in civil works, traffic management, transport planning or infrastructure delivery. You'll combine technical site assessments with program coordination, stakeholder management and problem-solving to help deliver new parking bays across a busy urban environment.
You don't need previous e-bike or micromobility experience, but you'll need to understand the practical challenges of delivering projects on public roads and have the confidence to keep things moving when obstacles arise.
The Opportunity
Working as part of the MPBay rollout program, you'll coordinate the development and approval of new parking locations while monitoring delivery targets, budgets, risks and competing priorities.
With significant time spent on site, you'll assess potential locations, identify construction and traffic-related constraints, and work with internal teams to progress projects from initial assessment through to approval and delivery planning.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the MPBay rollout program, including delivery schedules, targets, priorities, budgets, risks and dependencies.




Identify and assess potential locations for new on-street micromobility parking bays.
Assess site constraints relating to civil works, traffic management, road safety, utilities and transport planning.
Coordinate site development and approval processes across relevant internal teams.
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks and proactively work through issues to maintain delivery momentum.
Manage competing priorities and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project trackers, records, data and reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and program delivery.
Assist with project correspondence and respond to stakeholder and community concerns as required.
About You
You're a systematic and solutions-focused project professional who can balance technical considerations with practical delivery requirements. You're comfortable working under pressure, making sound decisions and navigating challenges to achieve outcomes.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Approximately 3–8 years' experience in civil design, project coordination or a related infrastructure environment.
Experience with civil construction, traffic management,



road infrastructure or transport-related projects.
An understanding of site constraints, traffic engineering, road safety, utilities and construction requirements.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage project schedules, records, risks and competing priorities.
Confidence coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Sound judgement, initiative and the persistence to overcome barriers and keep projects progressing.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle complaints and community concerns professionally.
A willingness to work on site regularly and take a hands-on approach to project delivery.
Local government experience will be highly regarded, particularly familiarity with City of Sydney processes and systems. However, relevant experience gained in civil construction, traffic management, transport infrastructure or a similar project environment is also welcome.
Experience with e-bike parking or micromobility projects is not essential.
