Workshop Foremen for agricultural machinery workshop in Geraldton.
Combining technical work with day‐to‐day workshop leadership, these roles will suit experienced mechanical professionals who enjoy organising workloads, supporting technicians and keeping jobs moving.

A Day in the Role Will See You
Coordinate daily workshop activities, allocating jobs and balancing technician workloads.
Oversee agricultural machinery servicing, repairs and pre‐delivery inspections.
Provide practical technical support with fault‐finding, diagnostics and complex repairs.
Monitor job progress and address issues affecting turnaround times.
Guide and support technicians, helping build their capability and confidence.
Check completed work to maintain quality and reduce repeat repairs.




Coordinate parts requirements to help technicians complete work efficiently.
Keep relevant team members informed of progress, delays and changing priorities.
Promote safe work practices and maintain an organised workshop.

$150,000-$160,000 per annum.
Location choice:
One position in Geraldton and one in Esperance. Relocation assistance available.
