Guide Healthcare PTY LTD. is seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our Western Sydney team, delivering in-home physiotherapy assessments and treatments to older adults under the Support at Home program. You will help improve mobility, balance and independence in the home workplace.
Permanent part-time (1 day per week) or contractor options are available. You will travel to client homes in the Wetherill Park region and work closely with families and the care team to optimise outcomes.
