Residential Maintenance Technician / Handyperson - Southside
HOMES by CMA are on the hunt for a Maintenance Technician to work on the southside of Brisbane and down to the Gold Coast, attending 12-month inspections of homes post-handover and complete various maintenance tasks and warranty work as required to an excellent standard.

You must be able to confidently schedule your workload to ensure maximum efficiency, and represent CMA in a friendly and professional manner, with good communication skills and competency with technology.
The Chance:
We are seeking an experienced Jack-of-all-trades handyperson to undertake maintenance service work after the home has been handed over to clients. This can include:
Contact clients to arrange maintenance appointments.
Work across various homes to undertake agreed maintenance works.
Paintwork and retouching.




Applying sealants and installing grout.
Easing of doors and windows.
Adjusting and replacing door locks.
Other ad-hoc maintenance, including helping with current builds as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must have previous experience in Maintenance and Service/Warranty work and/or a trade background in carpentry, plastering, painting etc.
Have a strong understanding of QBCC standards.
Hold a valid White Card/Construction InductionCard.
Hold a current driver's licence.
Preferably have their own tools and PPEbut not essential.
Professionally presented, reliable and able to liaise with a diverse client group.
