Join EDP Hotels and Elevate Club Management as our next Marketing Specialist and take ownership of campaigns, loyalty programs, events, digital content, and brand growth across a diverse portfolio of hospitality venues. You'll work closely with venue leaders, operational teams, and marketing professionals to deliver campaigns that engage customers, strengthen brands, and drive results. Responsibilities
You'll work across:
Venue promotions and seasonal campaigns
Customer loyalty and membership programs
Event marketing and activations
Social media and digital content
Brand development and creative design
Marketing reporting and campaign analysis
In this role you'll:
Deliver campaigns that increase customer engagement and venue visitation
Grow and strengthen loyalty and membership programs
Create content that enhances brand awareness and customer connection
Build strong relationships with venue and operational teams
Use customer insights and data to inform marketing decisions
Contribute to the continued growth of EDP Hotels and Elevate Club Management
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social,



print, and in-venue channels
Manage and grow customer loyalty and CRM initiatives
Create engaging content, graphics, and promotional materials
Develop social media campaigns and influencer partnerships
Coordinate marketing activity for events, promotions, and activations
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
Build Board and leadership presentations, reports, and marketing insights
Track campaign performance, budgets, and ROI
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, venue teams, and external partners
Support brand consistency across multiple venues and customer touchpoints
Qualifications
You'll Bring:
Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline
Required Skills
You're equally comfortable developing strategy, creating content, and rolling up your sleeves to deliver campaigns.
You'll Bring:
3+ years' experience in a marketing, communications, or advertising role
Experience with CRM campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer segmentation
Strong copywriting, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent organisation and project management skills
Experience using Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
Ability to complete police and reference checks
Preferred Skills
Highly Regarded:
Hospitality, hotel, club, tourism, or entertainment industry experience
Experience using Canva AI and AI-powered creative tools
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms
