The BUSY School at Coolangatta Campus is seeking a dedicated Part time Case Manager to support vulnerable and disengaged young people. You will collaborate with families, school staff and community providers to deliver coordinated wellbeing and attendance-focused services.
Based at the Coolangatta Campus, you will develop and monitor case plans, support goals, and provide classroom and small-group support while promoting student wellbeing and engagement.
