FOREVER US in Melbourne's Richmond hub is seeking an Email & CRM Campaign Specialist to own engaging email and SMS campaigns across international markets. You'll work with Brand, Ecommerce, Creative and Product teams to unify customer data, personalisation and commercial thinking for high-performing campaigns.
You'll lead end-to-end campaigns, design segmentation strategies, test and optimise, and turn performance insights into actionable improvements.
