You will investigate production issues, diagnose high-priority defects, and improve system reliability and observability while supporting escalation resolution for our market-leading business software used across Australia, NZ and Asia.

The ideal candidate has a tertiary qualification in software engineering or computer science and 4+ years of software development experience with C#,
