The Opportunity
Gorilla Jobs is seeking a Locum GP VMO ED to support emergency medicine services in rural Western NSW.
This role is ideal for a GP VMO who needs locum work to fit around home life, with a short weekend block rather than a long commitment.
This is a rural locum position covering ED presentations and inpatient care, with a short weekend block available for upcoming dates, paid at $2,000 per day. Escalation pathways are available when required.

Clinical Environment
• GP VMO ED locum role
• Rural health service setting
• Emergency Department and inpatient care exposure
• Assessment and management of ED presentations
• Clinical documentation and handover as required
• Supportive healthcare team with escalation pathways available

Requirements
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Recent GP VMO ED or rural Emergency Medicine experience
• Solid clinical judgement and communication skills
• Ability to work safely within scope and escalate appropriately
• Current CV, references and compliance documents as required
