Job Requirements- Education and Certification: BA/BS from a regionally accredited program/university - Preferred. Florida Teaching Certification or Athletic Coaching Certification (Skilled 5-year or Temporary 3-year Athletic Coaching Certificate issued by the State of Florida Department of Education or be eligible and apply upon extension of offer) – Required. Required Wrestling Experience: Two (2) years of Varsity Asst. Wrestling Coach experience or Two (2) years College Wrestling Coaching experience or Four (4) years Collegiate Wrestling playing experience. Coaching Characteristics- Extensive knowledge of wrestling at the competition level includes vision, philosophy, and staffing. Operational leadership skills and management of large groups of students/athletes.
