About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Manager to join our close-knit team in Summer Hill. Available for the first time in four years, this established role offers a permanent, full-time opportunity within an award-winning Inner West agency.

Reporting to Financial Controller, you will manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain financial records, supporting our sales, leasing and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing Sales Trust account transactions

· Liaising with our outsourced Rental Trust accounting provider

· Provide support and respond to ad hoc queries from Property Managers

· Managing daily financial transactions and bookkeeping

· Contributing to the agency’s overall financial management and improving operational efficiency

Skills & Experience:

- Sound understanding of NSW trust accounting requirements and compliance obligations

- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality

- Strong communication skills, cooperative, team-focused approach

- Experience using Property Tree (MRI), Reapit Sales (Agent Box), MYOB and MS Excel
