Who you will be working with
Our client operates in the health and wellness sector, producing products where quality, consistency and attention to detail are essential. With a focus on maintaining high manufacturing standards, product integrity and workplace safety, they are seeking reliable Production Machine Operators and Production Assistants to support their production operations.
This is an opportunity to join a hands-on team where following procedures, maintaining high hygiene standards and producing quality products are central to daily operations.

Duties and responsibilities

- Set up, operate and monitor production and packaging machinery to meet daily production targets.
- Perform basic machine adjustments,



troubleshoot operational issues and complete routine equipment checks.
- Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects and maintain quality standards.
- Complete production records and quality control documentation accurately.
- Follow GMP requirements, product handling procedures and strict hygiene standards.
- Assist with packing, labelling and preparing finished products for distribution.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised production environment.
- Report equipment faults, safety hazards and production issues to supervisors.

We are looking for someone with

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production or machine operation.
- Experience operating production or packaging machinery, ideally within health, wellness, food, pharmaceutical or supplement manufacturing.
- An understanding of GMP, quality control and workplace hygiene requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
- A reliable, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- The ability to follow procedures and work efficiently in a production environment.
